    B. Energy-saving
    Energy-saving is the main cause for hydraulic hammer having been developed up to now, PLC fully-hydraulic die forging hammer can reach 65% drive efficiency, over 30 times more efficient than other traditional steam hammer with only 2% energy utilization. The result of energy saving is substantial.
    C. High accuracy
    U-shape casting steel frame, easily dismounting wide guides as well as good die alignment and adjustment structure guarantee forgings forming with high accuracy. The guide clearance is 0.2mm, and working accuracy, striking rigidity, striking efficiency and accuracy hold facility are more favorable than steam hammer.

    The vibration question has been considered when forging hammer is designed, such as no thread fastener as far as possible. The die is fixed with the wedge in the die holder, which makes vibrate cannot affect equipment itself, and the power head used the flexible joint and so on to reduce and omit the vibration.
    F. Constant forging quality
    When the forging hammer is operated manually, no matter how skilled the operator is, who can not guarantee keeping same for each forgings. Especially to the shift-change, it’s more difficult to keep constant striking energy and striking numbers for the same forging.
